Mohamed Saad Abdelhameed

Mohamed Saad Abdelhameed is Principal Safety Manager for Autonomous Driving at NVIDIA. He is responsible for safety management across several DRIVE OS programs and activities, including functional safety analysis and the use of GenAI for safety analysis for DRIVE OS. He is also Safety Manager for NVIDIA Linux for Safety programs.

Previously, he was Safety Manager for Autonomous Driving at BMW, where he was responsible for the functional safety of front-camera and surround-view camera ECUs, as well as the functional safety of the autonomous driving platform. Before that, he was a Senior Expert at Valeo for software architecture and software safety.

He has 23 years of experience in several fields of the automotive industry.
