Alexandre Sawczuk da Silva has joined Fraunhofer IKS as a Research Engineer in February 2022. He has received his PhD in Software Engineering from Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand), where he investigated the use of evolutionary computation techniques for Web service composition. At Fraunhofer IKS, his research focuses on the development of self-adaptive systems in the area of Industry 4.0.
