Maureen Monnet

Maureen Monnet studied general Engineering and Data Science at the Ecole Centrale de Lille (France) and the Technical university of Munich. After her graduation, she worked at the Fraunhofer Institute for Cognitive System IKS since 2021. There she researched how to make AI algorithms safer, in particular how can AI models be built to make their predictions more robust and explainable. She was also involved in topics such as Quantum Machine Learning where she develops quantum-enhanced image recognition algorithms.
