Yuan Liao

Yuan Liao joined Fraunhofer IKS in 2019. He was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action Fellow and developed dynamic safeguarding strategies for autonomous systems as part of the Horizon 2020 project "European Training Network for Safer Autonomous Systems”. In his project, he developed a safe adaptive platform for autonomous systems for application scenarios in industry. Yuan Liao specializes in embedded systems and earned a dual master's degree from ESIGELEC in France and USST in China in 2016.
